Description
Alaska Native handcarved 12" standing whalebone sculpture of "Fisher with Two Sticks", with a dark Fossilized Ivory face and many dark Ivory inlays throughout. In traditional Inupiaq Eskimo ice fishing style, the figure has one arm in the air and holding two fishing rods of Wood and Sinew.
Made by Inupiaq Eskimo artist, John Weyiouanna, of Shishmaref, Alaska.
